Pros

For those of us that worked in the Music & DVD distribution industry, it didn't get any better than working for Alliance Entertainment. The passion that everyone had for this product and industry was tremendous. You worked hard, you played hard and you got the opportunity to meet and see some of the industries "best" and "up & coming" artists in an intimate and exclusive environment.

Cons

Company was purchased by Source Interlink. Massive layoffs were soon to follow.
