Flexible schedule, good teammates, hybrid or wfh available

Cons

Insurance getting worse every year. Do not work for Alliance Entertainment if you can't get benefits from a spouse or family member. Several teammates will not be able to afford their medication next year, despite the fact that the company continues to grow. Also, there are no opportunities for career growth anywhere within the company. Executives actively look to stop employees from receiving promotions, raises etc. No salary growth in last 5 years for anybody I'm in contact with, or 10 years if you account for cost of living.

Pros

The work is intellectually very simple.

Cons

Tons and tons of walking. You have to walk from floor to floor (4 floors) using stairs all day getting stuff. I feel like I would need a knee replacement if I worked here for a year.
