Luckily the other employees saw what an uncomfortable work environment it was and at least you could bond with each other.

Cons

Employees feel like they have to walk on eggshells to keep their positions. The high level executives wrote employees up if they were over 2 minutes late or 2 minutes early when leaving. Furthermore, there was no flexibility for Dr. appts/other without reprecussions.
