      Pros

      20$ an hr pay, ability to WFH after a few months based on overall performance.

      Cons

      Not able to reach out to leadership unless at work, not able to access workday unless at work. No PTO for 6 months of work VERY SMALL amnt of PTO once start accruing. Etc etc..

      A Place to Build a Career, Not Just a Job

      Pros

      I joined AOI straight out of college in an entry level role and have now been here for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I've had numerous opportunities to grow and advance internally, which speaks volumes about the company's commitment to developing its people. In addition to career growth, the work-life balance here is excellent. My role offers a great deal of flexibility, which has been incredibly valuable over the years. I'm fortunate to work alongside a collaborative, supportive team with leaders who have been approachable and genuinely invested in employee success. Overall, this is a place where you can build a long, meaningful career, and I look forward to continuing mine here.
