Pros

They will hire with little experience straight out of college, everyone is very nice, nice office space

Cons

Paid well below the industry average, Accounting makes less than reception and mail. I among others were hired as temps and even after given a review that i was doing well, they still left me waiting as to whether they would hire for a full permanent position. They do not promote from within, even though they emphasized this in the interview. Those who have been promoted from within have been with the company many years(9) and have gone up to supervisor, which is 2 promotion levels, not much to speak for. Because they hire many college graduates no matter your position there will constant training. This is alos because there is a high turnover of staff. Yearly pay raise is less than a dollar, and new hires in your same position will start at a higher rate than you.

Pros

Decent hotel stays. Free snacks. Free La Croix. Annual active shooter training. Awesome building security team.

Cons

MAGA coffee mugs. Impossible deadlines. Good cop, bad cop theatrics. Double standards. Inaccurate titles. Nepotism by marriage (corporate level). Insufficient communication across teams or departments (constant confusion for anyone supporting multiple offices and/or teams). Political bias. Nonstop Fox News, upper floor lobby.

Pros

The people you got to work with are great.

Cons

The managers don't appreciate the workers who respect them and do their jobs the way it should be done. They let the workers who take advantage, who are bullies, consistently late, disrespect them and push everyone around get away with everything because the managers are afraid to stand up for themselves. Benefits are terrible.
