Pros
Great people, open to feedback, encouraging, supportive. The employee benefits industry is hard - it changes a lot and keeping up can be challenging. But, I have found I work in an environment where I can be open and honest about what I know and don't know - I can ask questions, be curious and push myself to learn and grow all the time.
Cons
As I shared in the pros, the benefits industry is evolving quickly and keeping up can be a challenge. there is a lot to know and clients don't want less of us.
