      Pros

      Alliant is family-like. Leadership is focused on maintaining culture and creating a good work environment. Alliant is a private company thus is nimble and adaptive to change.

      Cons

      Alike most insurance brokers, we represent better benefits then we offer. Benefits were better then my prior employer but not much improved.

      Pros

      "Entrepreneurship" aka flexibility, SOME genuinely good people. Another pro is that I now know with other companies, it can't get much worse than this when it comes to benefits and culture.

      Cons

      No training, no managers who can appropriately manage people, below market benefits, and overall, culture is somewhat toxic.
