Pros

Decent hotel stays. Free snacks. Free La Croix. Annual active shooter training. Awesome building security team.

Cons

MAGA coffee mugs. Impossible deadlines. Good cop, bad cop theatrics. Double standards. Inaccurate titles. Nepotism by marriage (corporate level). Insufficient communication across teams or departments (constant confusion for anyone supporting multiple offices and/or teams). Political bias. Nonstop Fox News, upper floor lobby.

Pros

Get off early a lot, very laid back

Cons

Low pay, medical insurance is very expensive and high deductible, no opportunity to advance unless you are "friends" with the right person, boring work, no training offered, no overtime offered, no interaction or guidance from immediate supervisor.
