      Pros

      Good pto and holiday schedule. Technological capabilities to work at home. Alot of nice people at Alliant but not necessarily in your own department.

      Cons

      Most departments seem to be understaffed, alot of the employees are doing the jobs of at least two people and of course only receiving one paycheck. Management plays favorites, too much politics at this place. Complaints fall on deaf ears. You will stay in one position for a long time.

      Company is great overall, nice perks, great office and people

      Cons

      Management is often scattered and does not promote growth, if you are good at your job they want to keep you there rather than have to fill a new position
