      Work with a nice group of people.

      No career opportunities. Company brings in senior people from outside without consideration for internal qualified candidates. Does not communicate initiatives or changes well.

      Pros

      Tons of flexibility - no micromanagement. Autonomy to do what's right for the client - very little red tape. Great clients. Evolving use of technology. Excellent pay compared to peers.

      Cons

      No real onboarding. Instead, you need to be prepared to get yourself comfortable in the role and ask questions when needed. This is not a training ground for newbies - but its a fantastic place for an established career. Benefits are meh.
