Pros

They sponsor employee events to try to improve morale.

Cons

The workload is very heavy, as they tend to staff very thinly, but you are still expected to serve the client. This results in frequent very long days and a lot of stress.

Pros

Fun events; good perks: massages, coffee bar; decent benefits

Cons

Every team is a silo. Not enough cross collaboration. Managers are inflexible about vacation time, and family leave. Management treats people unfairly. But, they'll never change because their positions are protected. Some teams are overworked/understaffed.
