      Office is slowly going downhill

      Pay can be fair, Can work Remote

      Cons

      Ever since our current office lead took over, there is no leadership in our office. No one knows anyone's work load, there are no defined roles, hard workers get piled on and other employees just skate by. The work life balance is not good and continues to get worse. Nepotism is also pretty strong in this office as the office leader keeps hiring his kids. I would also add that benefits have continued to get worse.

      Pros

      The company provides a lot of PTO for entry and senior employees. Start time is 8:30.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t provide adequate training for agencies. No clear plan or direction of company or career path for employees. Salary/bonus structure is lacking based off other agencies in the industry. Understaffed.
