      Great people to work with. Great overall pay/benefits compared to industry standards. Alliant does a great job of hiring top talent within the industry.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, but that’s expected. Training can be dependent on division/manager, and sometimes can be non-existent.

      Refused to review the career path after requesting it multiple times. Underpaid according to my own research as well as knowing what a colleague, I trained, made.
