I was part of a company that was bought by Alliant as an acquisition. They put very minimal time into onboarding (which they acknowledged themselves) and consistently cut our resources. Once during the little training we had, they literally had us practice what to say to our own coworkers when they complained about having more work (“we can find time to fit in xyz”). They said we had to let ourselves be recorded singing a song about how excited we were for changes to send to the rest of the company, or else they wouldn’t sign our paperwork to confirm we did training. Honestly it was so transparently the worst of corporate life and simultaneously insulting bc of that lol

Pay was pretty high for the role, good overtime pay since the company is headquartered in CA and follows those rules. Good about working from home
