Pros

It was remote and full time

Cons

Management was not very forthcoming regarding their expectations. Even asking for help seemed to be very shady about getting an answer. Changes were not in the best interests of employees and there was definitely no work like balances

Pros

remote is the only pro for me.

Cons

needs a better training program, also needs better work flows. you have to work over to meet the production standards and was told in so many words you have to do what is needed to make the production ( even working of the clock) and get paid for an 8 hour day but working 11 or 12 hours. Qiclink is the worst system i have ever use.
