Pros

You think working from home is a pro, but with this company its not!

Cons

Allied works you like a machine. claims positions are salaried so they can. they recently changed their policy by stating we no longer need to punch in it out. this must be their way of hiding the hours they work us. now theres no record of our time for the labor board to see.. these people are sooo shady. I can not wait to find a new job. I may even quit b4 finding one due to this latest stunt.

Pros

nothing at all comes to minc.mind.

Cons

Claims sweat shop. lots of threats from management. no home life. I was actually told to punch back in at 8pm in the evening after dinner to get more claims processed. claims positions are salaried so no overtime is paid. allied takes full advantage of salaried.
