We appreciate you taking the time to provide us feedback here at Allied. We are certainly sorry about your husband’s passing. We take great care in our response to our employee’s losing loved ones and offer bereavement leave and personal leaves to provide time away from work. We try our best to accommodate to varying circumstances and understand that this is not an easy time. While we understand that perhaps this wasn’t the right work environment for you, we do believe in a proper work life balance and ensuring our employees get the rest they need. We do not expect our employees to put work above everything else, but hope that while our employees are working that they do so to the best of their ability. We have a diverse leadership team with a wealth of experience that cares deeply for their employees and seeing them succeed. Their intent would never be to push out our best assets (employees).
