Pros
A good option for a new college graduate to get their feet wet but not a long-term organization to work for.
Cons
They treat their staff really badly. Make use of employees to work long hours and sign unreasonable employment terms. Their reputation among engineers is very poor. The salary is well below the industry standard, and their promises never happened. Some projects are very poorly run and fail because of toxic attitudes and bad leadership.

Nothing. There is nothing good about this company that can be categorized as something positive. You MUST AVOID WORKING HERE!

THIS WORKPLACE HAD THE MOST TERRIBLE WORK-LIFE BALANCE. It was horrible that the management expected us to forget what work-life balance is. THE WORKLOAD WAS ALWAYS STRESSFUL, and I was exhausted after work every day. I didn't even go out with friends due to exhaustion. It was AWFUL! AS they expected us to work all the time, I hoped the top management would pay us well. But that didn't happen! THE PAY HERE WAS RIDICULOUS. It was far less that what I deserved. I knew my worth so I quit. BEWARE!
