      Great people but managers care very little except for the numbers.

      They give you the tools to do your job.

      Cons

      Bosses and management are always pushing for the numbers while the communication with people, whether shop or office, is very little to none and they know it but do nothing about it. What they care about including the owners are the numbers, numbers and more numbers.
