      Pros

      The work is not overly difficult or stressful and the pay is absolutely fair. They are generally competitive with wages especially since their location is in a small town and to find better wages you need to go to Canton or Akron as a machinist.

      Cons

      Training is often subpar and the workplace culture on the floor can be quite toxic. The schedule will steal your soul especially if theirs mandatory overtime. I had to leave so I could be around while my kid grew up.

      Close to home, Climate controlled and clean plant

      Cons

      Buddy system is out of control, Machines break down alot and seems maintenance is under staffed.
