In the security arm of the tech branch of the business, the CISO and managers are fantastic people to work for/with. If you're motivated and work hard, you can see significant training budget become available to you. Genuinely fantastic company culture and great work life balance. Exceptional people. If you want to build your skillset in a relevant area, they will go out of your way to let you cross-train within the org. Moonlighting clause allows for income/growth outside of the org.

Cons

10-35% cut in pay vs the rest of the industry for similar roles depending on title & experience - hard to believe, but the culture and flexibility is worth the pay difference. CEO is anti-WFH and will take any opportunity to take a stance against it. If you're a high performer, WFH is still on the table.
