Allied Solutions hasn’t raised the cost of our benefits in about 3 years I believe. The bonuses are nice. The break rooms are great! Some floors even have areas where you can buy snacks and drinks. The office is overall very nice and well kept. Coworkers are amazing and friendly, even the ones you don’t work directly with. The salaries seem fair.

Cons

Only 1 day a week of working remote. It used to be 2 days, and I’m sad that they cut it back. It was a huge perk.

My teammates and then they make you write 5 words.

Cons

Everything. In under 2 years they have revised and limited our PTO policy TWICE. They removed the work from home policy for senior employees, while the person pushing this agenda moved to Florida to work remote. They removed all SALARIES besides upper management and pushed everything back to hourly and limit any OT. HR will watch and track all badge swipes to ensure you are in office. There is ZERO transparency of pay. I asked the pay range for my position and HR refused to disclose and would not inform my manager either.
