The benefits are pretty decent. You start with 3 weeks of PTO and gain another week after your first year. Unused PTO can also be rolled over. There is lots of opportunity for growth depending on the department. The company is a growing company which is good. My experience with management has been great. They acknowledge the hard work that we do. The team I currently work on is awesome, everyone is helpful and we all pull the weight. True definition of a team. Lot of great and highly intelligent individuals. The facility is very nice and in a great location.
