Pros

The people are all friendly and fun. Everyone has a great attitude and it makes coming into work everyday easy. You develop friendships with your coworkers and occasionally get together outside of the office!

Cons

It's a smaller office so it's sometimes hard to move up within the company. However, the company is constantly growing so new jobs are being created in all departments.

Great for a first job in your field (Computer Science)

Pros

The hours were great and your bosses will cover your back if you need help or more time. it was a great place to get your feet wet and gain some professional experience.

Cons

Sometimes it could be pretty stressful because the programmer department was understaffed. Also, they don't pay average salary wages for Carmel which may have changed.
