Cons

The workload is extreme. You will never get caught up, regardless if you come in to work early and leave late. High turnover rate due to the heavy workload.

Cons

Managers are dumb as rocks. They track every minute of your workday no matter your workload. If you make errors they conduct performance plans. You can get 10,000 items correct but 3 errors you will be threatened with termination and they will take away bonuses and raises.
