This company was all about employees but recently about the last 4-5 yrs they lost that focus.

Cons

It's a shame how this company c turned out to be! It was the best company to work for. If a particular boss don't like you you'll be gone within a couple months no matter the tenure

My teammates and then they make you write 5 words.

Cons

Everything. In under 2 years they have revised and limited our PTO policy TWICE. They removed the work from home policy for senior employees, while the person pushing this agenda moved to Florida to work remote. They removed all SALARIES besides upper management and pushed everything back to hourly and limit any OT. HR will watch and track all badge swipes to ensure you are in office. There is ZERO transparency of pay. I asked the pay range for my position and HR refused to disclose and would not inform my manager either.

Pros

Internal mobility and increased salary is pretty good if you work for it. Internal training and investment in employees is good. Culture is positive.

Cons

I observed an obvious glass ceiling for women at the executive level who had to fight way to hard to get close to the titles deserved. It’s finance and insurance. If you don’t find that exciting, its going to be a drag.
