      Pros

      People are nice and depending the manager/department you are pretty self sufficient.

      Cons

      Company overall is pretty unorganized. Feels like concepts aren’t thought all the way through before work is started. Different departments will be working on the same thing without communicating to each other. Systems and process and a bit outdated but being worked on.
