      Your co workers and the ability to work together as a team

      Cons

      Dept management. Doesn't work well with rest of team. Doesnt communicate changes to all team members. Talks down to you. Any tiny mistake, dept managers made it very known. Almost as if we were expected to be perfect.

      - A lot of opportunity to grown professionally - Promote a lot internally - Encourage taking different career path

      Cons

      - Has the big corp feeling. If you are someone that likes to create big friendships, this place might not be for you (at least not for me) - Training is not the best, so come ready to learn on your own
