      - A lot of opportunity to grown professionally - Promote a lot internally - Encourage taking different career path

      Cons

      - Has the big corp feeling. If you are someone that likes to create big friendships, this place might not be for you (at least not for me) - Training is not the best, so come ready to learn on your own

      -Location; downtown Carmel with minimal traffic -Challenging work -Culture is certainly above par

      Cons

      -Slowly seeing a shift from a close, family oriented environment to a more corporate. To an extent, that that is impossible to avoid -- but please keep in mind the culture is what has brought a large group of smart minds to Allied.
