Pros

Some of the people who work there are fantastic. The location is great. Some departments have growth opportunities and pay decent.

Cons

As a whole, the company pays way under market standards. Senior leadership is very removed from their employees and most are incredibly arrogant and rude. The culture can be toxic. I’ve never worked at any other Fortune 500 company where so many employees had to have second or third jobs to survive.

-They offer remote and hybrid positions. -The co-workers are all treated like crap equally so you don't feel singled out...too much

Cons

-Management is clueless and is never at work. -Training is let me show you what I halfway do when I am at work really quick in 12 minutes then here are 40,000 loans to be responsible for. -They don't care about their employees morale at all just how they can keep lenders happy. This place is a joke.
