Pros

The St Paul office is special, we have this massive company we work for but this close knit family office. The atmosphere is fun, fast paced, there is a sense of camaraderie. We have great management that care about the employees not as a cog in the machine but as valued people who contribute to the success of everyone.

Cons

*We have to pay to park *The salaries could be better for our market While the office is always growing, that doesn't always translate into growth for existing employees.

Pros

If you come into Allied, work hard and demonstrate value, they will find you and get you on a solid career path.

Cons

The compensation is relatively pitiful when compared to similar positions at other companies. I believe they can do that because of the copious internal hiring where degrees aren’t necessarily required.
