Compensation Could Be Better

Pros

Very good people to work with and the company will retain people for as long as they choose to stay.

Cons

Speaking for me only, I was asked to take on 4 times the amount of staff that I was hired for, but was not given any additional compensation. This caused me to consider leaving the company. Otherwise, was very happy with my job.

Pros

Working from home and having some great co-workers are literally the only pros to this company. If it weren't for those 2 things I wouldn't still be here. But I am working on an exit plan.

Cons

Where to be to begin. Let's just start with the work environment. It is horrible! You are expected to meet and maintain statistics all while making minimal mistakes, basically you are constantly under pressure to perform excellently and micro-managed. You are berated and belittle by clients on a daily basis because of system slowness or just plain incompetence in a interal systems sense. Supervisors and management know of internal systems problems and errors that affect actual productivity but act as if they don't care. It probably isn't an act because minimal effort to none is put in to training and retaining employees. As far as lateral moves or advancing your career, forget about it. They will tell you the position is a promotion, but then offer you less than you already make. Internal promotions can take months to finalize due to being so understaffed and not being able to keep employees. Compensation is below average for the position and raises are far and few in between. There is no inclusion of any minority groups through the company. They do not celebrate any cultural history months or culturally diverse holidays. If you have a doctor's appointment and request to come in later 2 weeks in advance, it is still denied because they don't have enough employees to cover the 30 mins you will be late. PTO request are also denied for the same reasons.
