Pros

Incredibly stable company that can withstand all external factors (including a pandemic), has hard-working employees and managers who are interested in each other's success, and realizes what it means to give back to its workforce. The foresight of its executive management and the appreciation of its employees is the cornerstone of its success.

Cons

The pay is not top of the scale, but the benefits and total rewards are underrated. The 401(k) match and vesting is excellent, and the PTO package is more than generous.
