Pros

Middle Management and the regular employees are great. Communication has improved from the top down, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Cons

FAR BELOW industry standard pay for almost all roles outside of upper management, raises and promotions are minimal, there is some SERIOUS favoritism that happens, and the return to office policy is laughable. Most jobs could be completed from home with no issues, which was proven during the pandemic, but they havr to justify paying for the new Carmel building and having a presence in the city.
