      Pros

      Coworkers are great to be around every day. Yearly bonus. PTO Accrual.

      Cons

      Higher management does a good job at giving a false sense of caring by giving small rewards such as jean days and food days. Raises are very small and across the board whether you work hard or not.

      good for senior people who work here for medical insurance

      Cons

      This is a fair place for second innings and that's it. Management is nearly abusive of your rights and dignity as an employee. If you respect your self worth, gather enough courage to move out.
