      Pros

      Flexible with adjusting schedule for time off, not with taking time off, but rather taking time one day and making it up another. Work from home is a nice possibility.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. Low pay. Management is not the best.

      Great company with friendly co-workers, great place for to move up as they do a lot of internal hiring

      Cons

      Not enough good pay for the department I work in for all of the work they require, management is not as informative as some of the supervisors nor as friendly.

      Pros

      Great working environment, everyone is very friendly. Allows independence, no micromanaging, leaders are available when needed. Good benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      There really are no cons that I can think of, there is overnight travel, may be a con to some, but I enjoy it.
