Allied Solutions has great benefits, a great work environment, development opportunities, and the greatest coworkers which makes coming to work enjoyable

Cons

It is a smaller company, which makes upward mobility difficult.

Pros

Coworkers are great to be around every day. Yearly bonus. PTO Accrual.

Cons

Higher management does a good job at giving a false sense of caring by giving small rewards such as jean days and food days. Raises are very small and across the board whether you work hard or not.
