I enjoy working for Allied Solutions. The company takes time to have quarterly meetings to give updates. They want employees to be honest and suggest ideas and improvements. As long as you want to promote they work with you on goals and development. They celebrate success and develop career paths.

Pros

Various opportunities to grow my career. Very supported by management to build my expertise and enable me to move upward in my position. Various departments and positions available once you get started to find the best fit. Office space is very nice & fun. Ping Pong table to play on break times along with food days from Olive Garden or Central Catering.

Cons

None for me. Very friendly and collaborative environment with new challenges always in motion.
