Promote from within. Has a whatever it takes attitude for solving all customer issues. Committed to making sure customer expectations are met.

Cons

Low pay grade. Some bias to seniority. Requirements for certain jobs higher than what is need to perform the job effectively. Not open on pay rate of other positions unless inquiry is sent.
