Pros

The main reason I’m taking the time to write this is because I want people to know more about our CEO, Michael Lassner. He’s a big reason so many people are drawn to Allied. Michael is an entrepreneur at heart, and even though the company is over 22 years old, he and his leadership team lead it like a startup. There’s never a dull day, we’re always innovating, adapting, growing, and learning. Michael’s entrepreneurial energy and vision set the tone for everything we do. Working at Allied is an incredible experience. The culture is open-minded and innovative, and it feels like there really aren’t any limits to what we can achieve. We’re encouraged to think creatively, challenge ourselves, and push boundaries to find better solutions. Collaboration is a huge part of Allied-life. Even though we’re spread out across different countries, the team is always connected and ready to help. You’re never left figuring things out on your own because everyone is willing to jump in when needed. It feels like a family. One of the best things about Allied is how accessible leadership is. Having direct access to Michael and the rest of the leadership team makes a huge difference. They genuinely value feedback and listen to new ideas, which makes you feel like your voice actually matters. The company is very open to change and always looking for new ways to improve, keeps things exciting. We have the Allied Career Path (ACP) program, which gives everyone a clear understanding of where they stand, what they can achieve, and how to get there. It’s a great tool for growth, and our bonuses are tied to company goals. The more we achieve together, the more we all benefit. The opportunities at Allied feel endless. It’s inspiring to work somewhere that rewards effort and innovation. Even though Allied has grown a lot in recent years, there’s still a solid group of people who’ve been with the company for 10+ years. That kind of loyalty speaks volumes about the culture and the environment Michael and the team have built. It’s rare to find a place where people stay so long because they genuinely believe in what they’re doing and who they’re doing it with.

Cons

Remote work makes collaboration difficult, but on the otherhand, it does help people balance work-life.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Allied Steel Buildings are simple, great atmosphere, they work with your schedule, growth opportunities, they listen to feedback, you never work alone, and it's not just a job, it's a career!

Cons

That's hard to nail down. Each individual has there own setbacks and challenges that are specific to them. That said, I would say things that we cannot control would be a con. But overall, the pros extremely way out the cons.
