Pros

The company has a relentless pursuit to offer opportunties for personal and professional growth. Work life is enjoyable with such a diverse team with so many skills to offer. There are constant internal training sessions, health and well-being activities, solid cultural foundation, and a support system that includes highly available resources (human and software). Great benefits, with "flex Fridays" help create a good work/life balance. It was an easy career decision...

Propensity to overwork and underpay. If you aren’t a successful salesman you don’t mean anything to the company long term.
