Little or no raises or promotion after about 5 years of employment Cannot retain shop or engineering employees due to substandard compensation Lacking in practices and standards Prefers to seek supervisory employees from outside the company

Pay was pretty good, but no regular cost of living. Things get tight no 401 match. Frequently reminded of what you were costing the company.

Need to suck up daily to get anywhere. High turnover. no loyalty for service
