It is a testosterone dominated environment; not for all women Lack of professionalism and integrity. Benefits are not as competitive with current market. Staff consists of former military and law enforcement individuals and the mental stressors they bring with them. Animals being trained are stressed to perform, adding to the human stressors

This company pays good if you are a handler in the Bay Area and the medical insurance includes dental is great. However the scheduler and management are not in sync you will make hours if you are a cargo but if you are not be prepared to drive more then 200 miles in a week to a lot of different work sites
