Flexibility with assignments after you prove yourself reliable Canine Director worked his way up through the ranks Opportunities for Overtime throughout the year Going the extra mile is definitely noticed and rewarded Job Security Scheduling department has grown into a partnership with handlers Canine Training in Connecticut was excellent and thorough Law Enforcement and the public treat us with respect as professionals Constantly thanked by public for what we do, people love the dogs Everyday is always interesting

Some disgruntled handlers try to poison new handlers from day one Yes, the company has growing pains and mistakes are made Decisions made by former directors and managers affect us to this day Former employees forming a Union have been sewing seeds of discontent
