Pros

Only pro I can think of is that I get paid.

Cons

favoritism poor management lack of organization poor communication sexism unprofessional employees and managers Loose definition of the job title. More like a door person or usher. Treats employees like garbage. Almost never gets a break even when the days are 8+ hours.
