Pros

AUJS is a company that cares for their employees and believes in opportunity to those who are willing to put in the hard work. It’s a growing company and a modern company to say the least.

Cons

No particular cons that I can point out.

Pros

If you have a heart beat they will hire you.

Cons

Managment (SSOR) needs to get it together, provide the help needed to get the job done. A lot of the things like every company is kept on the down low. Other big bosses get side blinded on what really is going on. Favoritism plays a huge factor in the old dralliM accounts. That person has his ego so far beyond Mars it’s not even funny. Hypocrisy play a huge part in management. They act like they like each other and as soon as they leave they talk behind each other back.

Pros

You learn a lot about systematic problems in the industry and with companies in general. You always meet hardworking people.

Cons

Higher management put pressure to the point that breaking the law is the only way to meet expectations. If not for workers law workers would be easily exploited. Company makes money by undervalue the work and then under-staffing and overworking the janitorial team.
