Pros

Easy day to day responsibilities. Simple access control duties. Low stress environment most shifts. Flexible part time scheduling. Good for gaining basic security experience.

Cons

Leadership is confusing and inconsistent. Policies change without clear communication. Management does not seem to care about sick days or time off. Hard to get support when issues come up. Limited growth or feedback.

Pros

They have some benefits nothing special

Cons

Incompetent recruiters, slobs in charge in Jacksonville. Sight managers chasing female employees, not doing their jobs to keep the place running, do as I say not as I do, mentality is prevalent. No appreciation for any guard actually doing the job. Very bad company to work for!
