Pros

Consistent hours, OT opportunities and ability to move up with merit. A lot of contracts and different employment opportunities.

Cons

Impossible to use PTO. During my time at the contract allied force bought back all PTO at 75% which I strongly disagreed with due to Covid and the staffing needs/ inability to get time off to enjoy PTO benefits.

Pros

It can pay, assuming you get out on a contract

Cons

They can pull you off a contract at any time, you don't mean anything to them and there are no protections for you
