Pros

As a guard it is least to move through the ranks.

Cons

I receive zero training from my coworker who lied to our manager and told her they were training me. I was hired as a full time employee then was told the position became temporary 2 months into my position.

Pros

Good opportunity for experience and they will help you get level 2 guard card

Cons

Low pay and not much room to move up. Also they seem to hire the bare minimum people per site so they deny time off a lot
