      - Visionary leadership - Progressive with respect to new patient care models and channels, clinical service lines, community engagement, accountable care strategy, technology - Positive, collaborative culture - people really want to do the right thing for patients, the community and the organization

      - Can be challenge to balance desired speed of execution with required internal processes/approvals - Limited budgets/resources (especially in IT) can constrain projects

      Allina has very poor ethics. They are constantly finding creative ways to bill Medicare/Medicade I.e. your tax dollars hard at work.
